Zanzibar
Zanzibar, or Unguja, is a Tanzanian archipelago off the east coast of Africa and its main island. The island is home to Stone Town, a historic shopping district with Swahili and Islamic influences. Its winding streets are lined with minarets, carved portals and 19th-century architectural monuments, one of which is the House of Miracles, the former palace of the Sultan. The villages of Nungwi and Kendwa to the north are famous for their hotels and wide beaches. - Google
